Every Vivy user account is protected against unauthorized access by two-factor authentication. In addition to the personal password, each account is securely linked to each users smartphone via SMS coupling.
Vivy uses multiple encryptions to secure personal and health data at all times.

How it works:
We use the information on how you use the Vivy app to improve the user experience. We record which screens in the app youve opened, your time on it, and your interactions with the screens. In addition, we record information about which device you use and its settings (e.g., version of the devices operating system, screen resolution, etc.). Any data collected in this course will be anonymized first and then aggregated before analyzing it. We do not share any of your data with third parties.

Connect your health data:
You can manually enter data on your general health and fitness status into the Vivy App and save it in the form of a diary to monitor your development. In addition, you can also grant the Vivy app access to your Apple HealthKit app and share the data stored there with your Vivy App.

Vivy app is certified as a medical device according to EU Medical Device Directive.
As a 100% subsidiary of Allianz Group (https://www.allianzcare.com/en.html) the majority of our medical content is provided and verified by medical experts from the Allianz Network, in particular from Allianz SE. Besides, Vivy receives content from medical content provider HealthDay (https://www.healthday.com/).
